Whereexperiencescome together

Curated designs and builds the systems, branding and operational structure behind seamless guest experiences.

How we think about it

Everyone at an event is somebody’s guest.

Not just the person walking through the gate. The vendor you booked is your guest. The subcontractor you hired is your guest. The volunteer who gave up a Saturday is absolutely your guest. Treat all of them that way and the day runs differently, which is the entire reason we call it guest experience and not crowd control.

If it looks easy, somebody planned it.

That somebody is usually standing near the gate with a radio. We are not after applause. We are after a day where nobody had to come find us.

Curatedpromises you three thingsIn writing, so you can hold us to it
.01

Your deadline is the real one. Not the one with a quiet week of padding built into it. If we say it ships Thursday, it ships Thursday.

.02

One vendor, however many sites. Same artwork, same colors, same person to call, whether it is one gate or twelve cities.

.03

We answer for the whole thing. Plan, print and install come from one team, so there is nobody to point at when something is off. Including us.

Experience first

The best guest experiences don't happen by accident.

Every unforgettable experience begins long before the guests arrive.

Behind every event is a system of people, planning, communication and execution. Curated exists to pull those pieces together, so your team spends less time putting out fires and more time building something people remember.

Island Party Music Festival

A multi-thousand-person festival at Wolf Pen Creek, run entirely as a non-profit for The Bridge Ministries. We took the whole guest-facing system, and everything below came out of one plan.

Every detail. One experience.

Tell us the dates, the site and roughly how many people. If you have a site map or last year's signage list, that is usually enough to quote from.
